The men greeted me at the service desk with in a minute of arriving. I was early but they got me in and out within an hour. I've noticed the last few times I have been in, it has seemed to take a lot longer, so this time I paid more attention. Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department.
