By pure luck I arrived at this dealership's service department when they were not very busy. I needed a software update on my Kia Sportage to protect against it being stolen as shown online for it's vulnerability. It was absolutely floored when the service rep told me it could be done right away and would take only an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. Fifty eight minutes later my car was done and they even had it washed!! As far as this particular visit to this dealership, I was completely satisfied.

Went in for a software update and also got an oil change. Great service and nice waiting area with coffee maker that makes multiple types of coffee and they also have chocolate chip and sugar cookies freshly baked. There is also vending options if those items do not interest you. Would return!
