10K mile first service, oil change, tire rotation, fluids/inspection - they got me in the day I called to schedule, took only an hour to knock out and sent me a video of their inspection which was a very nice touch. When I initially moved here Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall was the first place I started taking my car to be serviced. I moved to another side of Indianapolis and started taking my car to another location. I was not treated very well. My car was not taken care of like it should have been. Patrick Bradford was great! He was not only in a rush to get my vehicle in to fix my A/C because he said “next week will be really hot” but he was very up front and honest about when my car would get done. Even with the staff shortage they were experiencing he was calm and collected. He figured out what was wrong with my car and had it charged up and ready to go. The experience overall was wonderful.
