The manager worked with me on things that I normally do myself to manage service fees, then he went the extra mile and found a replacement door trim piece to replace the one that was falling off…even though they are back ordered. She made me feel comfortable in my decision, which made me appreciative. However, I did want to share some feedback about the finance portion of the transaction. MY sales person was great..I bought a used car and there was some issues with it that I wanted fixed before I picked it up the next day. It was the end of the month and I think they all they wanted was to get another sale in before the end of the month.
